WHO WE ARE

Every day both at lunch and dinner, the chef Vece Settimo, also the owner of the restaurant, not only proposes typical specialties, but uses seasonal products of the territory. Fresh mushrooms flavour tasty like "tagliatelle", "gnocchi" and "risotto" while delicious "ravioli" with fish are dressed with shrimp and squash. A must are the "gnocchi" with tartufo", "risotto" with sea-food, "tagliolini" with lobster and during game-hunting season, "pappardelle" with hare or ragu' of wild boar of game. The exquisite Mediterranean origin of the chef confers to his kitchen an unmistakable and unique taste, preparing fish with great ability like wrapped bass, Catalan lobster and crdite' in summertime, all proposed with a flawless presentation. The premises are well arranged with the possibility to accommodate approximately 60 people inside while in summer it is possible to be seated out in the open on the resh summer veranda. Open every day except Tuesday in winter.
